"It was such a pleasure to work with Michael throughout our process of selling our home and purchasing a new home. It was my first time going through this process, and I was heavily pregnant throughout the process (irritable, impatient, nervous about being Homeless with a new baby etc). Michael was very communicative throughout the process! In this market it was really hard to make sensible decisions, and Michael was very knowledgeable and diligent. The stagers and other vendors Michael used were also professional and made the entire experience easy. In regards to buying our new home, again, We found Michael to be communicative and available. He was always available to us (there were many weekend calls, and 11pm offer writing conversations). He also helped us stay within our budget and not overpay for a property.
