Michael is a California native and a seasoned Real Estate Broker with 28 years of Real Estate counseling experience. He lives in the Tri-Valley of the San Francisco East Bay Area with his wife Tara and their two young children. Raised in South Lake Tahoe, Michael loves the outdoors: golfing, white water rafting, hiking and snowboarding.

In 2013-2018, The Wall Street Journal and RIS Media in partnership with Zillow and Trulia recognized Michael Swift as one of America’s Best Real Estate Agents. With over one million agents in the country, this prestigious award places Michael in the top 1/10th of the top 1% among his peers.

Receiving his Real Estate license 30 + years ago at the young age of 19, Michael read every book he could get his hands on and attended as many Real Estate training courses as he could, in order to learn as much as possible about the business of Real Estate. Although Real Estate is a tough business to succeed in, especially for someone who was so young at the time he started, Michael flourished by focusing all of his time making sure his clients were treated like family and were more than satisfied with their real estate experience.
